FHPL Mobile Sparrow was launched in FY 2013-14 and can be downloaded through Apple App Store, Android Play Store and Windows.

Employee’s and his dependents’ E-cards are displayed on the App for any hospitalization purpose

App displays the list of forms so that the employee can select the required form and send it to the desired email address
FHPL has adopted a unique feature for swift settlement of claims to the providers. This is done during the pre-authorization stage of the claim by our doctors. It happens when a claim is authorized under accepted package rates by the hospital, or wherein there is an ailment sublimit or capping applicable as per the policy terms and conditions. Since 30% to 40% of the claims fall under this category, claims auto-adjudication reduces the turn-around time.
FHPL has introduced a new online E-Preauth process through a web based application to be used by hospitals to send Pre-Authorization requests to FHPL. This application facilitates online approvals by FHPL.
Better TATs by avoiding fax and e-mail as request directly comes on to the process without manual intervention.

Calls to FHPL and hospitals will be minimized as each status of request right from the upload till authorization is available on real time basis and is accessible to hospitals
System allows to send documents online for pending Pre-authorizations, which provides quick reference to FHPL users and information to doctors for processing
Legible information in the request leading to minimal data discrepancies between hospitals and FHPL
FHPL has over 13000 hospitals in its network. However, expansion of network hospitals is a regular process based on the Client’s and Insurer’s request.
In accordance with this, FHPL has developed an online empanelment application for the ease of hospitals who are interested in getting empanelled. Interested hospitals can fill in the application form provided online with the required details and submit the same.
After the receipt of the application, FHPL immediately validates the requisite criteria and reverts whether the hospital can be empanelled or not.
